Eco friendly
“Green construction” is a significant term in our sustainable development. The preservation of an environmentally friendly environment to a large extent depends on how our facility was built and used. Every day we are working on the issue of improving the experience, the relevance of which is growing in the use in construction of buildings and structures being safe for human life and the surrounding world.

We try to make a thoughtful contribution to the development of a new generation of energy-saving ecologically friendly housing that not only does not compromise the comfort of living, but also provides a healthy climate with a sufficient amount of fresh air and daylight, while guaranteeing a high quality of architecture.
When constructing all our facilities, the following design solutions are used that aimed at rational water use: instrument-based record keeping, saving of water resources, assurance of high quality drinking water, protecting water bodies from pollution and depletion.
The use of environmentally friendly building materials (wooden structures, stone products) is our top priority.

When organizing the construction of our facilities in order to minimize the impact on the environment, we carry out a number of environmental measures, such as:
- special containers are installed for storage of construction waste
- burning of garbage is prohibited at the construction site
- quality of all used materials is confirmed by certificates of conformity and quality
- reuse of water in washing systems of concrete-conveying pipes, concrete and mortar mixers
- regular instrumental measurements of the rated parameters of discharges and emissions into the environment to be performed by an accredited laboratory
- control of the content of harmful substances in the air, the level of noise and vibration, as well as radiological control
At the same time, we try to implement environmental protection measures such as:
- protection of the surface fertile soil layer and landscapes
- protection of water bodies and contribution to natural reproduction of aquatic biological resources, as well as their artificial reproduction
- protection of flora and fauna, bioengineering measures in relation to the habitat of animals and plants
- reclamation of territories affected by construction.
